Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments. No personal checks or money orders accepted. All prices are listed in US dollars.


Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be requested and require a Returns Form. Merchandise sent back to us without authorization, as well as any other items that do not meet our policy's criteria, will be denied. Order Status

For order status, you can expect an order confirmation e-mail immediately upon purchase. If you do not receive confirmation, please e-mail us at info@loneluster.com. Be sure to also check your spam folders for our address and add it to your "safe senders" list. 

If, for any reason, you can't make a purchase through our website, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may resolve any technical difficulties in a prompt and timely manner.


Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel existing orders. Cancellations will have to be processed as a return or exchange. Please see our store's Return Policy

If you would like to add something to your order, you will have to make a separate purchase. E-mail us within 24 hours from the time placed during your original purchase at info@loneluster.com and we will be happy to waive the additional shipping costs.
